Digital Now, Inc., would like to present to you our Service Team. We have been providing service on large format equipment for since 1978. Our trained technicians will be providing preventive maintenance and repair services to keep your Océ, Hewlett-Packard, Ricoh or blueline system performing at optimum levels. Our technicians pride themselves in providing superior service in a friendly, professional manner. Their knowledge and dedication has developed a strong working relationship with our customers and even, other dealers. Our Service Department has the knowledge and experience gained from supporting over 250 Océ Digital Systems. We can support both the software and hardware you need to handle your design needs more efficiently, with minimal downtime. Our technicians also provide direct factory support for Océ sales. Working so closely with the equipment manufacturer gives our technicians a decided advantage when it comes to servicing YOUR Océ equipment.
Service Dispatch receives incoming calls and coordinates technicians in a manner that will optimize response time to our customer's needs. Digital Now has Automated Dispatch Service, which allows our technicians to receive and clear their service calls via web enable cell phones.
Our technicians are provided factory training to maintain a high level of proficiency on the latest advances in technology. this includes training for new equipment and/or additional skill training, such as Comptia A+ certification. The benefit of this training is shared by all of our customers.
Each of our technicians carries an extensive inventory of parts in their vehicle, and we also inventory many other parts at our offices, for all types of Large Format equipment. This reduces your downtime waiting on parts to be ordered. Many of the Oce' systems use the same parts, which allows our technicians to service the maximum number of machines without a massive amount of parts in their vehicle.
Each of our technicians has completed extensive training courses at Océ facilities provided under ISO 9000 compliance. All have been trained on the following Océ engineering equipment:
- Model 7050 Series analog copiers
- Model 9300, 9400 and 9600 Series multi-function digital plotter and scanning systems
- Model 9700 and 9800 Series high speed, high volume reprographic systems used by all of the major large format reproduction firms in the Mid-South
- The new Océ TDS Series of equipment that includes the TDS400, TDS600 and TDS 800
- Our technicians also have extensive experience servicing all major makes and models of blueline equipment
- Our technicians are factory trained to repair Hewlett-Packard plotters and printers, including the Design Jet 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800 and 1000 series.
- All our technicians are also Comptia A+ Certified. As most new engineering equipment is computer controlled and connected to your network, this means more professional service for your equipment.
